Shipping & Returns
F.O.B. point is Georgia Stage Warehouse or shipping point. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. UPS ground used for most shipments, unless specified. Standard shipping insurance for the replacement value of each shipment is added to all shipments. Shipments made by common carrier are sent collect unless prior arrangements have been made. On orders where time is of the essence, or where overnight, or next day service is necessary, please call in order. Georgia Stage will take reasonable care to try to find the least expensive carrier that can reliably deliver your shipment. Georgia Stage cannot be held responsible for the performance of any shipper, whether our choice or yours. Georgia Stage does not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or any Holiday. Please allow additional time when placing orders on these days.Georgia Stage is unable to ship C.O.D. Georgia Stage ships to all points in the United States, as well as Worldwide.
If you are not satisfied with a Georgia Stage Purchase, the item may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase. The following policy applies to all returns:
No returns will be accepted on cut merchandise, special orders, or custom fabrication including drape panels, which are custom-made to your specifications at the time of your order. Defective products will be replaced or repaired at Georgia Stage's discretion. All items must be unopened and in their original packaging. If you receive any damaged items, or find a discrepancy, you must contact us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt. If you are interested in making a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. At that time we will email you our return form which you must complete and email back to us. Once we receive the complete return form, we will issue a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number. When returning items, mark the outside of your package with your RGA number. Any returns received without an RGA Number will not be accepted or processed. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. In addition please include a copy of your original receipt or packing list. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless items were processed incorrectly or received damaged (Sorry, no C.O.D.'s). Credits/Refunds will be issued after the Georgia Stage Warehouse personnel receives and inspects the returned merchandise. The Georgia Stage return policy is subject to change without notice.
